Countries with Good Master Programs in Economics in EU?

Which European schools have good reputation for master programs in business and economics/finance? I am looking for something reasonably priced (not rediculusly priced private MBAs). I am thinking about studying in Germany, France or UK. I am hoping to find a school that offers all classes in English (in Germany or France). Are there schools like that? Are there websites that make it easier to search and compare?

Are there any distance learning programs in economics?

I’m looking to continue my education in economics. Before I start applying to grad schools, I wondered if there are any accredited distance learning programs in economics. I have not been able to find any, but I thought I’d check here.
