Ok so ive posted on here with this question 3 times now.
& i have not gotten a Answer that works or helps. (Though I Appreciate the Help)
so I’ll give it another try
My computer wont let me open any programs as of yesterday. Dosent matter what program If click it, It asks “Choose program you want to open file”
The only program I can open is internet explorer, because i know the file to run that Program.
Iv tryed Restarting my computer, & Nothing opened in my task bar, not even my Antivirus.
& i cant do a system Restore because it says the same thing when i try to do that. “choose program you want to use to open this file”
I also tryed to download a exe Patch to try and fix it. It also says the same thing when i try to open the patch. So i cant download anything because I don’t know the program to choose to open the downloads
Please please please Somebody Help!
What program do i choose to run all My apps?
HP Phone support wanted me to pay for warrenty service before telling me how to fix it after he said in broken English that it was a simple prob to fix, i have no credit card so am i screwed?
i am running vista
& There is Not a system restore Cd With my computer as it has it built in to the computer as a system option.
